As it was Monday, it was my turn to train with the pack members. During training sessions, all the newly transformed Lycans gather to learn hand-to-hand combat, attacking in Lycan form, syncing their force with their Lycan self, and strengthening themselves. Being a Lycan is all about strength and the new pups need to learn to control their strength according to the situation they might face in the future. It's especially beneficial for them during wars.
During the training session, each member gets paired with another person who becomes their sparring partner for the day. We frequently change partners so they can learn to detect antics the other person is using.
