The knock at Pharrell's door signaled there was no turning back now. "Come in, Chase," Pharrell called out. Ian finished his drink and went to take his place next to Pharrell's desk. Chase stuck his head in before he entered. "You needed to see me, Alpha?" Pharrell gestured for Chase to enter and pointed to a chair. "No need to call me that, Chase. We're pretty informal around here. Have a seat. It's time we talked." Chase eased into the chair. Ian was struck by the military air he conducted himself.
