When I heard the sharp inhale of his breath, I smiled. He tensed only for a second, but then he loosened. “Where did you get that?” he crooned. His hand wrapped around my wrist that held the d.agger against him. I let him think that he could stop me with only that. I felt his face inched closer to mine. “Do you want to play?” I twisted the d.agger a small bit, pressing it further. He growled, moving away.
