“Rice?!” Council of Five member Park turned on Captain Rang Jin-ho so fast that he’d almost lost the balance of his artificial leg.
They were standing in the narrow alleyway between containers in the number three hatch of the Chong Chon Gang.
At Park’s orders, Jin-ho had sent Senior Lieutenant P’yo up in the harness to the container that was causing them such problems. He had called down what the contents were though he had already known as P’yo had overseen the covert reloading personally.
Jin-ho was reaching the limits of his patience even if Park was on the Council of Five.
