Both of the cars pulled up at my house at the same time. I was already dressed but hadn’t made a decision yet.
Mia didn’t go home either.
She decided to stay at my house until the next day.
She stood with me by the window as we watched the cars. One was a black SUV, just like Landon had said, and the other one was a small convertible.
“You know we’ve been dying to go to Le Vesper. Just go with Landon tonight, you can make it up to Liam later,” Mia whispered in my ear.
I exhaled sharply.
Mia and I had always dreamed of going to that restaurant for the longest time. But getting a reservation there was the hardest thing ever.
