Gerome leaned forward in his chair as the other advisors and elders turned to him for guidance. He chose his words carefully. "We need to accept the fact that Princess Sadie and Queen Chelsea are not planning to come back. The ruling of the enchanted Forest comes down to me. I will not entertain the thought of war, simply because King Dominic was killed. You all knew that he was becoming somewhat of a tyrant and to force his daughter into a marriage she did not choose, simply for his own sake, was incomprehensible. We have all known Sadie since she was a little girl. Could you have really lived with yourselves if the marriage had gone through? Or would you have looked the other way and pretended it wasn't happening? Just like with Queen Chelsea?" asked Gerome a tad bitter
