I was glad to leave the hospital, even though Liam insisted on carrying me, to my embarrassment, out of the hospital and over the grounds. As we walked, a solemn-looking warrior halted us in our tracks, submitting his neck to Liam.
"Josh" Liam said easily, raising an eyebrow "how are you feeling?"
It was then that I gathered he was one of the men who had been injured by the fae. He looked familiar and I swept my eyes over him. Was he one of the ones I had healed?
The large warrior smiled, "I feel great, thanks to you Luna" he said respectfully, bowing his head "if you hadn't healed me, I would have died. You have my gratitude and the gratitude of my family."
