IAN’S POV
She just asked me if I was down for some good time. Did she perhaps sense she was my mate too? No, her wolf was surprisingly beyond my senses and if what Leon had told me was right, then she should be basically just a normal human being right now. Did it mean she came to me because something happened between her and Lucian? Was I a rebound to her? The guy she knew she could run to when her and Lucian were not in good terms? I had no idea whether to be flattered by that or get heartbroken by it. Either, I was very thrilled she was here when no one else was.
