The life in the community suited Avery more than she was willing to admit. She enjoyed the lively mealtimes when members of the community came to the cafeteria and ate together. Avery realized she met only a fraction of the community members. Many of them lived in their houses and spent time with their families, yet she got the chance to make new friends only by joining the mealtimes, since not even once was she left alone at the table. Avery couldn’t deny the hospitality of these people. “Can I join the hunt tomorrow?” Avery asked Liam during dinner time.
