“Well, that’s everything…right?” I asked as I looked around. The stage had been set up, although it wasn’t much of an actual stage. However, all of the decorations had been put up, and the tables and chairs were all in place. I turned my attention back to Evan, who was checking the sound system.
“Yeah, that’s everything…are you excited? I know I am,” he said as he stood up. “It’s kind of funny actually,”
“How so?” I asked curiously.
“Well, normally we wouldn’t hold a celebration over the full moon. We would just take advantage of it and shift. Now, things will be different. We can shift whenever we want to and even though you and Sam have been here a while…none of us have,”
