Chapter 21Dashing across the street, Wolfe skipped over a puddle of rain and quickly entered the coffeehouse. Inside, he shook his umbrella, looking around for Astrid.
She was sitting at a table by the window, and upon seeing him, jumped out of her seat. “Oh, Wolfe,” she said, moving to him, then hugging him tightly, “I’m so happy we’re finally meeting outside of work.” She leaned back and looked at him. “It’s nice to see you.”
