The soft glow of the TV danced across Aurora’s face as she slept curled up on the couch, blanket tangled around her legs. It was almost one in the morning, and her dreams had taken her somewhere strange. Too strange for her liking. In her dream, Lorenzo stood on her left. Dmitri stood on her right. Both of them were pulling at her arms, each trying to drag her in opposite directions. Their voices overlapped, each insisting she belonged to him. “No!” she cried in her dream, struggling between them.
