I woke up really early in the morning because I was so excited about our surprise for Michael’s birthday.
I got out of bed slowly so I wouldn’t wake Nick up, and went downstairs.
As soon as I reached downstairs, I saw mom and dad.
“Good morning mom, morning dad.” I said to both of them.
“Good morning Nick.” Mom and dad said at the same time.
“Is Michael up too?” Mom asked a question.
“No. I tried my best not to wake him up.” I answered mom’s question.
“Great! We will be there first and let us stick with the plan that we had yesterday.” Mom said.
Yesterday evening, we had a meeting together except Michael about what we were going to do for Michael’s birthday.
