“Good morning mom and dad.” Michael and I said as soon as we saw mom and dad who had just got downstairs. We are able to see mom and dad in their plain clothes that they wear whenever they are in the house.
“Don’t you have a job?” Michael asked, who was confused.
“We have a special place to go to and the place will open at 9 am, so we are still like that.” Mom replied to Michael immediately. I don’t even think that mom knows how to lie. She literally said her plan today, but not completely.
“Really? That is good then, at least you get to sleep for some time.” Michael replied back to mom.
“Thanks! You two should already go to school.” Dad said to both Michael and me. “Be safe, bye!” Dad said to Michael and me.
“Thanks mom and dad.” Michael replied and walked first.
