Amber Three Years Later I am blissfully asleep, running through a field of lilacs, listening to the sweet giggles of children all around me, all seemingly running around me in circles. I am beyond happy. I was meant to be a caretaker. I was meant to love children with every ounce of my heart. No matter how many kids there were, I seemed to harbor enough space in my heart for each and every one of them. I hear a giggle to my left, another to my right, and then as I look in front of me, I notice two people that I haven't seen since the tragic day when their lives were wiped from my existence. I know I am only dreaming, but the way they look, the way their presence tells me that they are really there, is all consuming. I run like the children around me, flying straight into my fathers arm
