A few minutes ago Richard informed Qaletaqa and Treasure that their telegram company has their first woman manager. Treasure was happy that her father hired Darlene. She thought a woman manager was long overdue.
Now Richard, Daniel, Opie, Otis, Big Beaver, and Arrow Keeper are staring at Treasure walking back and forth in front of them. She’s telling them what to do and not to do on their way home. Treasure points at her father, “Go straight home.”
Qaletaqa chuckles looking at Richard nodding. Richard cut his eyes at Qaletaqa wondering if they knew he planned to take the stagecoach to the train to visit Gil. He thought about traveling to Washington DC to see the President. Richard can’t stop thinking about what Treasure said about the last bank Ringo robbed Bank of North America.
