“Boss!” Dylan screamed as soon as he reached the bandit hideout.
Never has he been as excited in coming back there as he is at that moment. And why wouldn’t he? When he has just escaped certain death from a foe whose powers does not seem human.
His heart still thumped loudly and, the bandits left in the hideout looked at him funny. Especially his boss. But Dylan doesn’t care. All he cares about is that he is finally safe.
There would be punishment for him of course. But whatever this may be, as long as it isn’t death, the archer knows that he can take it. Being beaten up, cut, or not given food for a whole day. Dylan can take any of these. But before his sentence could be given, he first needs to deal with explaining everything to his boss. A man who began to walk towards him.
