Jesus and Sven rushed into the hospital room and found Dex stressed out as nurses passed him scrubs. Roze sat waiting as Warren tried to calm him down. Dex immediately accepted hugs from Jesus and Sven when he saw them.
"How is she?" Roze sighed, "They just put her under. They're prepping for surgery now." Dexter winced as Warren put a hand on his shoulder. Dex shook his head, "I shouldn't have left her this morning. I knew something didn't feel right, but she kept saying she was fine!"
Apparently all night Abigail had been uncomfortable and having slight contractions. But none that caused her any worry. But shortly after Dex left for work, she went into labor, her body went into shock and a maid found her a moment later on the floor.
