Bree’s POV
I am in a great deal of pain. I have sleeves, but they do not protect my wrists from the silver handcuffs. I do not know how Nico figured it out, but he came stomping in here 20 minutes ago with two warriors and a pair of silver handcuffs. He had them hold me while he put them on me and then they all filed back out again. I don’t know how he realized it, but I guess he is having a lucid moment and figured it out.
Now I can’t mindlink, and that was the only thing keeping me sane here. I am cuffed in the front, so I went to the bathroom and tried to find two rags to put in between my wrists and the cuffs, but he made them too tight, and I couldn’t slide anything between the cuff and my sleeves.
