I had a bad trip yesterday and today? I'm on a bad trip again. That goddamn smirking monster! Because of him, I got involved in cheering. But I am here at this point, and I can do nothing more.   I sighed. I can only practice for a few hours. What can I dance?  I rested again and went to the kitchen to make milk. After mixing, I went to the terrace and looked outside. I was still wondering what I was going to dance. When the milk ran out, I put it on the table first and went straight to the room. I've been thinking for a while, but nothing enters my brain, I still don't know what to do. I lay down on my bed and looked at my posters glued to the ceiling. Now, I have an idea. I immediately got up and grabbed my laptop that I had been saving for several months.    Dylan's POV "Dylan, I'm nervous!" said Julia as she walked back and forth and shook my arm.  I laughed. Theo is really trying to test her patience, and it's cute when she's panicking like this. "How did you get into this?" I asked innocently.   "Because of your annoying cousin so I joined here! Wait, don't you know already, why you are asking again?" she said while frowning. Nothing, Julia. I just want to know how angry you are.  "Don't worry, just cheer you up. All right. Bye!" I said and left him backstage.  I sat in the front. I was surprised when I turned to the left, and Theo was next to me. Fishy. I smiled at the reason I thought he was here.   I would have spoken when ... "Not interested," he said seriously while watching the performances.  I just laughed. This man is too defensive. I could not even speak, he stopped me immediately. "Next! Ms Julia Vasquez from section 1." said the emcee. I chuckled before looking at Theo, who was just seriously watching Julia walk towards the centre of the stage.  Not interested, huh?    JULIA started dancing when she heard the intro. Fortunately, he also practised it before, so she has no problem. She was nervous, but she gave all she could even though she had stopped for several years and did not dance. She doesn't look at all the spectators because she will become even more nervous if she does that. Her performance ended with everyone applauding as she had a smile on her face. She looked at everyone happily while another man stared at her with an expression of admiration on her. And this is none other than Theo.   "IT WILL be announced tomorrow who will be the cheerleader and the members who will compete when there are tournaments or competitions." said a judge sitting in the front.  "Wow! You're good at dancing. I'm sure you'll be the cheerleader." said Dylan as I frowned.  "Tch! From the start, I really don't want to join, and now you are telling me I should be the cheerleader?" I said angrily.  "I'm sure, with your dancing skills, my cousin's stare can melt you already." He said, but I did not understand the last thing he said.   "What?"  "Nothing," he replied and grinned before averting his eyes.    Dylan's POV "I'm sure, with your dancing skills, my cousin's stare can melt you already." "What?" she says curiously.  I really meant to lower my voice to make her curious. "What?" "Nothing." I avoided her while smiling. I was waiting for Julia to ask again, but all I heard she said was... "Okay!" What the! I don't think it's not that she's not interested. She's also denial.    WE ARE here again today in the auditorium to find out who are the members who can join the official cheering squad of Blackwell Academy. I just kept quiet, but I was really nervous while listening to the announcements one by one to the members. "Briela Thriego." "Thea Valderrama." "Julia Vasquez." "Yes, it's okay to be just a member!" I said, arguing when Theo and I saw each other. I swallowed when I saw him smile before looking away. "Mae Ramirez." "Jonilyn Jacobs." "Sheena Pasculado."  "Mary Allen Sobredilla." "Paula Jane Narag." "Jessica Pajarillo." "Khim Jung." "Sandrea Kim." I averted my eyes, but my heart was still beating. "Now the cheerleader was chosen in the members I already mention ..." I'm sweating, but I'm sure I won't be the cheerleader. I have also not danced and cheered for a long time. I stopped for a long time, and I did not know if I could still lead a squad.  "The cheerleader is Ms Julia Vasquez." said the emcee while everyone applauded and looked in my direction.    Theo's POV "What is it now?" I asked, sitting on the couch.  We are now in the meeting room. I was with Dylan when we both received a message from Georgina. And every time Georgina's messaging us this way, it's either it's not important, but we need to discuss it.  Georgina has folded folders in front of us. I took one and opened it. The one on the front page of the folder says the folder contains confidential information. "The last one is the twenty-sixth person found dead this week. And have you notice something?" Georgina asked. I flipped through each page and noticed only one. "All of them are female," Cody answered Georgina's question. "Damn, this one is beautiful. Pity." Brian commented that Nathan punched him.  "Is it me or they are only targeting women who look like a student?" Kyle asked, frowning at me. I looked again at each profile of women who died because of vampires who are unlike us. Kyle is right. They are all student, and two of them came from Blackwell Academy. "Why are they only targeting female students?" Brian asked. "Maybe, these killers are a group of horny male vampires," Nathan replied as Alexander nodded. "Cody." We looked at Georgina, who called Cody. Seriously, Cody is always in his deep s**t. He's still silent, and we don't have any idea what he's thinking. "The key." What Cody said, got my attention. He mentioned the key. The key from Vrey clan that they told me. Is it connected to the recent killings? "They are not just targeting and killing those female students." Cody looks at us coldly. "They are finding someone. Someone worth more than just blood."
