After driving around aimlessly for 20 minutes I finally feel like my head is clear enough to think. I pull the car over and park it on the side of the road. I pull out my phone. To my surprise I do not have any missed calls or any messages from neither Xavier nor Maeve. It seems like they both have agreed that I need a break. I am glad they are not smothering me with messages. This is exactly what I need. I know I have been running away from my problems a lot lately. But this seems to be the only solution in which I can think clearly. I run through the phone numbers I have saved on my phone, trying to find someone who will let me stay at theirs for the night.
