SOPHIA’S POV I woke up with a jolt the next morning. My head throbbed, my mouth was dry, and for a moment I didn’t know where I was. Then I felt the silk sheets and the soft scent of wine still clinging to the air, and everything from last night rushed back. Silas. His hand brushing mine. His voice telling me I deserved more.
