SOPHIA’S POV I opened the door to the hospital room and found Jace sitting there, his back to the door and Anita feeding Isabella some food. “Hi,” I said, stepping in. Jace turned first. “Sophia, how are you?” He had a big smile on his face. “Fine,” I replied, but my voice came out thinner than I intended. Anita glanced back at me but her expression stayed composed.
