SOPHIA’S POV “Don’t flatter yourself, Jace. I don’t want love from you,” I said. “Good. Because I’m not capable of that,” he responded. “Tell me something I don’t know,” I rolled my eyes. He nodded and picked up his phone from the bed. “We’re going back home.” I didn’t respond but I followed him to the elevator and his car. It was a silent drive but I preferred it. Immediately we got to our bedroom, and he went into the bathroom and shut the door behind him. Screw him. He could go to hell for all I cared.
