(Astrid POV)
I put on my shirt and pants and tied my hair to a high pony. I looked at the mirror and smiled pleased with my outfit.
Today is my first internship at the Moore Hospital and I am so damn excited. After my talk with Elliot two days ago things have been going smoother than I had expected.
I still live in his house since he says it's not safe for me to be alone and actually I am fine with that. During our dating time I used to stay with him and even though now we are not in the same position we are doing fine.
He at least had a sense of responsibility. Well there were a few incidents we got a bit out of line but I guess that will be there because of our history.
A knock filled the room gaining my attention.
"You ready, Astrid?" Elliot's voice rose from the other side of
