Ace narrowed his eyes. "Are you serious right now?" He muttered, looking like he wanted to bury me alive. "Yes." I stood my ground. "Say it nicely, and I'll consider going with you." Ace took a step towards me, and I backed away as Adrian stepped between us, glaring at him. I felt my heart race slightly, and I glanced at Darren. He was eating the left-over popcorn, staring at Ace and Adrian with a lot of interest. "Get out of my way," Ace stated, stepping closer to Adrian in a threatening way. "Or what?" Adrian challenged, crossing his arms over his chest. I let out a sigh. Things were getting too heated. "Adrian, move aside," I stated, taking his arm. "I can fend for myself. You don't have to." He reluctantly obliged, and I stepped forward again. "Ace," I said calmly. "We are
