My parents spent the entire day with us on our mountain, and it was such a nice visit. Hours passed by while we got caught up on each other’s lives, and I learned a lot about my younger siblings and Lance’s cubs. The more I learned, the more I wanted to see them all in person, but I would have to wait until they were ready to see me again.
After enjoying a delicious tuna casserole prepared by the castle’s head cook, we got my parents set up in the spare bedroom next to Jax and across the hall from us, so they could take a nap. Next, we led Dane and Tamara to one of the spare bedrooms located down the opposite hall near Silas’ home office.
I carried Jax on my hip around our chambers and marveled over how much better he was feeling. Whatever Tamara put in that tonic
