(Maya POV)
I groaned as I opened my eyes. My whole body felt weak and cold.
"Maya!" I heard Naomi shout my name. "I better call Riley. And the Doctor... And Eleanor" she rumbled before looking at me.
"How are you feeling?" she asked handing me a cup of water. I took the water and immediately gulped down the liquid making me sigh in content.
"Thank you," I said as she gave me a small smile that didn’t reach her eyes.
Suddenly the door opened and Railey along with the doctor came in.
The doctor did a quick check-up on me as the other two waited patiently in the corner. Well, at least Naomi is patient. Riley was tapping his feet and his face was filled with worry and I exactly know why.
