Alessandra
The only difference between them was their hair color—one had jet-black hair, and the other had white-silver. I realized I had been staring too long when the one with black hair raised his brow. Get it together, Ale!
I quickly bowed my head to them.
"Deepest apologies, Alphas. I'm Alessandra Andros."
My voice came out soft and submissive, unlike my usual self. I almost frowned at the sound, but the Alphas seemed content.
"Jacob. Take Miss Alessandra to her room."
A strange tingle ran through me as he gracefully said my name. No one had said it like that since my father.
The elderly man guided me away, and as I left, I heard another command:
"Larissa. Follow me to your room."
Didn’t take a genius to know what they would be doing. Not that I cared—so long as they stayed away from me. I was led to a door and expected a shabby room like always, but my jaw dropped at the sight inside.
It was elegant and spacious, far better than any room I had before. I stepped in, feeling oddly grateful. At least they didn’t shove me into a storage closet. The man left without a word. The last time I had a decent room was when Larissa dated an ex-Alpha. But behind his nice mask, he tried to defile me. I dodged him just in time, and we were thrown out the next day.
I hope these Alphas aren't the same...

Colton
I waited for Larissa, the w***e we chose to play Luna. She couldn't bear our heir even if we wanted—her body was marked by too many others. My twin brother Wylon and I were true-blooded Alphas, more powerful than any others. Without our fated mates, we couldn’t have legitimate heirs. But we were getting older—and hornier. Instead of sneaking around, we decided to place a fake Luna for appearance and our needs.
Larissa would handle duties and our urges—until the day we found our true mates.
I heard the car screeching to a halt and two females stepped in. But I didn't notice Larissa at first. My eyes locked on the girl in the white dress.
Was she Larissa?
My pants tightened painfully.
I want her. Now!
My wolf howled.
Not now, Cole. Calm down!
Fuck it! I need her this instant!
I was stunned at how desperate he sounded. He had never reacted like this. The girl kept her head down and my heart raced.
"Alpha Colton, Miss Larissa—" Jacob, our Gamma, started but faltered as Wylon entered.
"Oh my Alphas," Larissa cooed, "I'm your Luna."
My brows knitted together. She's Larissa? Obvious—bold lipstick, cleavage on display—classic.
Wylon sniffed the air and spoke.
"A human? Your daughter?"
Was I this distracted I didn’t even notice a human?
"No, no. She isn’t my daughter! She's my late husband’s adopted human daughter," Larissa clarified quickly.
Interesting. Wolves, especially Alphas, never took in full humans. Half-hybrids, maybe—but not full bloods.
The girl finally looked up and locked eyes with Wylon’s cold gaze. Her startled brown eyes flicked to me and she swallowed visibly. She didn’t greet us, which pissed us off—and Larissa noticed. She pinched the girl sharply.
"Meet your stepdaddies, honey—Alpha Wylon and Alpha Colton."
She finally reacted when I raised my brow at her. She bowed slightly.
"Deepest apologies, Alphas. I’m Alessandra Andros."
Her voice was soft, flowing like honey.
"Jacob. Take Miss Alessandra to her room," Wylon ordered, his voice clipped. I shot him a glance—and saw the tent in his pants.
So you're having the same issue, huh?
I mind-linked him. He only side-eyed me.
Get her out of here. I can’t wait much longer, he snapped.
Once Alessandra left, I spoke.
"Larissa. Follow me to your room."

The Next Day
I yawned. I barely slept after spending all night with Larissa. Even Wylon, who usually left after a few rounds, stayed all night and canceled two meetings—unlike him.
I wandered into the dining hall, expecting the usual emptiness, but I heard giggling from the kitchen.
No one dares laugh in the kitchen...
Curious, I slipped to the doorway—and froze. The maids were forming a half-moon around a small figure. A baby blue sundress hugged her body perfectly—Alessandra. Her brown hair was tied in a bun, exposing her slender neck.
The maids quieted when they saw me, but she kept chattering, unaware.
"And then—what's wrong? Why are you guys so quiet?"
Her voice. Alessandra.
She turned, and her cheeks flushed pink before she bowed to me.
"My apologies for not acknowledging you earlier, Alpha. Would you like your breakfast served?"
Her innocent eyes blinked up at me. I nodded, unable to find my voice.
I sat at the head chair. Wylon soon entered and sat across from me. Alessandra and the maids brought the food. The moment I tasted it, I nearly moaned.
"Who cooked this?" Wylon asked.
"Umm... I did. I can change the dishes if it’s not to your liking—"
"It’s good," I said quickly, watching her cheeks flush deeper.
We ate in silence until Wylon spoke again.
"Is your education complete?"
Unusual for him. She looked embarrassed before replying.
"I didn’t have proper education...but I know bits and pieces. Many packs don't allow humans to study with pups."
True—ours included. Humans weren’t even allowed near our border.
"You can continue your education here," Wylon declared.
I choked on my soup and glared at him.
"I... I am grateful, Alpha... Alpha Wayne," she said shyly.
We both froze.
Wayne.
Only Wylon and I knew his wolf’s name.
Wylon’s eyes darkened and he stood abruptly.
"What did you call me?"
His voice wasn’t fully his—it was his wolf.
The maids fled at the Alpha command, but Alessandra remained unfazed. A human!
"A-Alpha Wayne?"
Before I could react, Wylon pinned her against the wall, choking her. She thrashed helplessly.
"A-Alpha Cole—help!" she gasped.
