DAMIEN’S POV
I couldn’t believe the state that alpha Jake came in, he looked like he had just been attacked by a bunch of wolves that tried to beat him to death. I was even afraid of asking him what had happened to him because he also seemed to be in a very bad mood. I didn’t really blame him for being in that mood, because I assumed that whatever happened to him must have happened at the party. He had been so excited about going to the party with hopes of meeting his mate and yet the only thing he got was punches.
