INSIDE THE DUNGEONS OF ELGAMORA

478 Words
Upon reading the letter Grendale remembered that his master had also called him over to give him something. Could this bright spirit be his master only?...hmm.. could be possible. Grendale searched around in case there might be more such letters but he hit a dead end. There was a huge oak door just beside the big bookshelf kept behind the table. Grendale tried to open it but it seemed stuck due to the lack of polish. Despite his hard tries when the door didn't even budge he conjured up a fire bolt and flung it on the door. BOOM!!! The bolt hit the door and a huge c***k came up. Once again he flung another fire bolt and the big oak door came crashing down. *cough* *cough* Once the huge cloud of dust settled Grendale entered what looked like a huge hall. There were steps leading upwards. When Grendale reached the top he was greeted by 3 bats. They weren't harmful but instead were very scared. They were flying around randomly in search of a way to exit these gloomy dungeons. From childhood Grendale was very good with animals and birds. He cooed to them and they came down and sat on his shoulders. Grendale could see that these 3 were just babies and that's was why the evil settling couldn't affect them. Just by looking at their cute lovely faces Grendale could feel his Heart melt. Keeping them by his side to protect them from any harm, he continued further but soon came to an abrupt stop. The road further had a huge hole in the ground and there were steps. The steps lead to a long corridor at the end of which was an old elevator. As soon as he entered the elevator it's door banged shut and automatically it started decending. After coming down a few floors the elevator opened up to a very dark corridor with no light. " So this must be the underground vault the jailer talked about in that letter. Very interesting isn't it?" exclaimed Grendale to the 3 baby bats who were clinging to him with fear of the dark. Scratching their head's lovingly he cuddled they up inside his clothes and led the way into the corridor with the torch he had brought along. GRACIOUS....it was very eerie in here but still a breeze was blowing slightly so there was no breathing issue. Wait a second.... wasn't this supposed to be an 'underground vault'...There must not be any gaps for air to come in let alone a breeze. Slightly afraid on what danger could it be this time Grendale moved forward cautiously with keeping his eyes wide open and ears fully alert for any movements. What he saw next surely no one could have ever imagined. Wanna know what happened next? Stay tuned for the next episode.
