ESCAPING THE VAULT

Confused on what he saw Grendale looked over at Shifu. Even the babies had poked their heads out and were staring at him. Seeing their confused faces Shifu Sniggered and explained, " What you saw is the next location you have to go to find the 3rd stone. It's hidden in the Fiery depths the most fearsome and powerful volcano in the world. You'll be needing an armor to enter here or you won't be able to face it's heat. That was all I had to tell you. Now I have to go. All the best and may you be bestowed upon with all the luck and strength in the world to find the Mage-blade.
Blessing him Shifu vanished in a puff. Grendale took a deep breath and calmed his mind. His aim was clear - Find the Mage-blade and the stones and put an end to this darkness. With this determined thought he stepped out of the vault. As soon as he did the bats dived back inside his clothes.
It didn't take him long to know why. There was the beast snarling at him showing its 100 teeths and flexing it's horns. " Oh great. I had almost forgotten about this cute death waiting for me", he muttered sarcastically under his breath. The charger sweeper the ground with his paw and charged at him.
This time Grendale was prepared for it. He jumped sideways and while escaping it shot a bolt at it's back. The charger got pushed into the vault. Immediately Grendale closed the doors and stepped back.
BANG!!!....BANG!!!.....BANG!!!...The charger was ramming against the door. They didn't have much time. They had to get to the lift and out of this place before the charger could crash the door and crush them all. The 3 bats came outside flew rapidly towards the lift. Grendale too sprinted quickly towards it.
BANG!!!.... BANG!!!... SPLITTER!!!.. The beast's horns had already made holes in the door. It shall crash through the door in no time. Grendale and the bats speeded up a little. They were almost within a hundred yards to the lift when he heard one more huge splitter behind him. The beast had broken 3 of its 4 hinges. One more hit and the door will crash to the ground.
They reached the lift and jumped inside. Grendale started pushing the buttons to go up but since the lift was old it's buttons weren't working properly. Grendale was perspiring from strain.
CRRAASSHH!!!!....The huge door of the vault crashed to the floor and broke into many pieces. The beast stood there raging with flames of anger. Grendale banged the buttons to have it started but it just flickered to life once before dying again. The beast started rubbing his paws on the ground ready to charge at them.
Good gracious. Was this the end? How will they escape now?
