"Guys help!!", Grendale frantically waved his arms. Goltimer and Koda almost reached him, (well mostly only Goltimer because of him being a stone giant he's pretty faster than humans), but before they could catch him....

"Aaaaaahh!!!". Grendale flew out of the edge and... Oh my god!! What do we see?  He's still flying out of reach. That's right reader. You heard me. He's 'still flying' out of reach. Goltimer came to an abrupt stop and...ooof... looks like our prince couldn't pull the breaks on time, and went crashing onto Goltimer's back leg. That'll certainly leave a bump on the head...anyways...coming back to Grendale. "Look. It's the bag. It's alive", Goltimer pointed out to the head-clutching-and-dizzy prince. And sure as hell, the bag was alive and it was the one dragging Grendale over to the island. " OH MY GOD!! HEEELP!", Grendale was screaming his head off dangling right above death itself clutching on for dear life hanging onto the sling of the bag which was very unfortunately ripping off. " Hold on a little more, Grendale. We are comin' to save tha'. "

Koda turned to Goltimer and, " We 'ave to go to a't island. It's th' only way to save him". Goltimer gave him a wide shocked eye at this idea, " Your highness, you do realize what you are saying right?". Koda put an arm on his elbow, "Theres neya otha way. 'e's our bonnie lad. Wi've ta sev 'im." Goltimer looked over at him and nodded. "Ok lets do this before I change my mind". Both of them went over to the edge that was right in front of the island, Goltimer picked up Koda and - JUMP- WOOSH-ING THROUGH AIR - BAM - LANDING ON THE ISLAND. " Ok lets never do that again." Goltimer set the prince down and walked over (keeping a little distance) to the edge to catch Grendale ASAHC (As-Soon-As-He-Comes). But hey, luck is no ones relative. It's a damn traitor when needed the most. 

A huge - RIP and AAAH - sounded through the air sending chills down everyone's spines. The sling Grendale had held ripped off completely and Grendale went rocketing down. Just as he was about to fall off reach a huge hand swung out and grabbed his leg. Phew! That was really close. The shivering Grendale opened his eyes and found the friendly faces of Koda and Goltimer (Who was white with the fear of heights and loosing his dear friend) smiling back at him. Koda immediately pulled him into a rib cracking hug and punched him in the arm with tears in his eyes," Don't tha' scare wee li' 'a'. We almost 'ed eur 'eart attack when we thowt we lost tha'." 

Grendale managed a weak smile and rubbing his arms said," Believe me your majesty. I wouldn't dare. I almost thought I died too." " Wha' happened? un' moment tha' are behin' us n' th' next bein' dragged away." Grendale rubbed his sore back. " Yeah. I-I don't know. I felt like something was pulling at me but I thought it was the wind and suddenly I am pulled backwards and dragged away. It was as if something had caught onto the bag an- " Grendale's eyes went wide. He looked about him shocked to see the bag gone missing. " Where's the bag? Oh god". He rose and looked about him for the bag. "Ahem", interrupted Goltimer. " I don't think you should waste time looking here and there because-". He was pointing to something that was floating inches away from the broken pillars that were glowing bright red, just like the pieces of that broken - - thing. 

"Huh?". The three carefully approached the bag which was squirming - more like something in it was squirming for release. Grendale came closer and went to touch it but Koda held his shoulder mouthing " - no it could be dangerous-". Grendale touched his hand and assured him its fine and went and touched the bag. Everyone closed their eyes expecting an outrageous blast or something but nothing came up. The only thing that happened was the bag tore open and the 3 pieces came out floating and the bag fell down with a thud. 

There was a bright flash of red and the whole island began trembling as the broken pillar started to reform itself before their eyes while many similar but smaller pillars rose from the edges as if from hidden chambers giving off a reddish glow.
