The Reports

Christof POV
"Carlos can you please take the reports, I am holding the baby. I won't be able to check them".
"Yes sir", Carlos took the reports from the nurses hand.
The nurse left, and Carlos began to turn the pages of the reports.
"What is it showing Carlos?", I tried to peep in the files.
He didn't answer, and kept looking into the file.
"Tell me Carlos what is it showing about my baby, it's my baby right", I joked.
He still didn't answer and he just kept looking into the file.
"Is everything okay", my facial expressions changed and I had a tense look on my face.
"Can you open your mouth Carlos, and say something, stop looking at those files. Reply to what I asked you", I scolded him.
Finally Carlos spoke, he had a smile on his face.
He tilted the file so that I could see the results.
"Sir the reports say that this is your baby", he had a smile on his face.
I smiled back, I was so happy that this is my baby.
I looked at him back, by raising one of my eyebrows, ``what took you so long to and Carlos!!", I said with a serious tone.
He smiled back and giggled,"sir your baby's and your blood group is the same B+", he pointed out towards the B+ in the files.
"Yes obviously it will be the same, she is my baby. Why won't she be B+, why are you surprised by that", I looked at my baby.
"I felt it cute sir", he smiled back.
"Okay fine", I looked towards my little one.
She was sleeping so peacefully, she was sucking her thumb in her sleep.
"She must be hungry Carlos", I was talking to Carlos while looking at my baby.
"Why do you feel so sir?".
I looked at Carlos, "she is sucking her thumb so she must be hungry" I looked back at her.
"Maybe sir, but if she was hungry, she would start crying. She is not crying so she doesn't think she is hungry, because babies usually cry when they are hungry".
"Yes you're right, I think I have to join classes to get to know more about babies. I will then be able to take good care of her".
"The You should join one", he replied.
"I need to make time for that", I looked at him.
"It's not difficult to make time",
"It's difficult for me to make time, because I am a businessman. I need to attend meetings and all, so it's difficult for me to make time Carlos" I said.
