This Is My Baby!!!!

Jared POV

I removed his hand from my shoulders," I got your answer Christof".

He looked at his hand which I just shoved away from my shoulders, "You didn't jared, you are not understanding what I am trying to tell you", Still staring at the hand that I shoved away.

"I can understand what you are doing here Christof. You don't trust me anymore, you trust an unknown man whom you just met yesterday, and not a friend whom you have known since highschool. We spent so many days togethera, and Christof you still don't trust me. I have been your bodyguard for years, what has happened to you christof?. Why are you acting so weird? After Addison disappeared, you have changed. I want to know the reason Christof, please tell me. Do you blame me for Addison's disappearance, you can tell me now", I took few steps close to him

He took a few steps away from me, I couldn't understand what was going on in his mind because he had a poker face, before it was easy for me to understand what he was thinking but now I can't and I didn't know why.

He just stared at the floor, and he didn't answer.

"I am waiting for your answer Christof", I took two steps ahead.

"I will tell you later Jared, now I am just too tense and I don't wanna argue with you, so please just leave me alone for sometime", he headed towards the other direction.

"Okay fine Christof, do what you want to", I got out of the hospital.

I headed towards the car, where Ryan was waiting for me.

"I want a cigarette Ryan, give me one".

"Yes sir", he removed one of his cigarettes from his pocket, and he handed it to me.

Before placing the cigarettes in my mouth,"I want you to send two guards inside, Christof wants to assign them a job", I placed the cigarettes in my mouth.

"Okay sir, I will send two guards inside", he removed the lighter from his pocket and he lit my cigarette.

"Is everything alright sir, when you are stressed out you smoke, or else you usually don't smoke", he asked me.

I removed the cigarettes from my mouth, and I breathed out the puff of smoke.

"Nothing is wrong Ryan", I said.

"Okay sir".

"Just do as I said, send a few guards inside, because Christof needs them. I am going inside the car, don't disturb me. I just need some time alone", I threw the cigarettes on the ground and rubbed it with my shoes.

I entered the car and locked it from inside.

I have done so much favour for Christof and this is what I get in return. He doesn't trust me and he trusts an unknown man whom he just met yesterday. I left my wife all alone at home, and I came here for him. Just to make sure he is okay and he is protected. This is what I get in return.

He didn't answer even a single question that I asked him, he just kept ignoring me.

Why is Christof acting in a very strange way?. Why is is illtreating me?Why is Christof acting so strange?", I thought to myself.

I should not lose hope, Carlos is not that important to Christof, I need to get Carlos out of my way. I will make Christof hate Carlos, I won't let him make a place in Christof's heart. Till then I will try to search for some more information about him. I can use that Against him. I want to know more about him.

Suddenly someone began to knock at my window. I rolled the lever, which in turn caused the windows to lower.

It was Ryan, "what is it Ryan???", I asked him

"Sir I did as you said, I sent a few guards inside. Sir I wanted to know why Mr Nelson wanted some more guards", he leaned on the car windows while talking to me.

"I told you not to disturb me, Ryan, and Ryan don't ask me silky questions. It's irritating", I said to him.

"I am sorry sir I just wanted you to know that I have sent the men's inside".

"Okay fine Ryan you can carry on with what you were doing", I replied.

"I then closed the window again and I turned on the AC inside the car.

I was just waiting for Christof to call me inside. I wanted him to realise his mistake, I would not like him to apologise, but at least he could realise his mistake.

Christof POV

Jared told me to do a DNA test to confirm if this was my baby, but I had a feeling from inside that this was my baby. When I carried her in my arms, I felt an attachment with the baby, I didn't feel like giving Carlos my baby. I wanted to keep her by my side all the time, and hug her tightly by giving her a lot of kisses.

I agreed to do a DNA test, just to make sure if this was my baby.

Carlos was upset about my decision and Jared was with me because I trusted Carlos and I brought him along with me instead of Jared.

Jared is not understanding that Carlos knew where Addison was and Jared didn't know, and secondly he would not believe me. He would again suggest that I go to a psychiatrist. This is the reason why I didn't tell Jared that Addison was alive.

He got out of the hospital with anger, and I didn't stop him because I was not in the state to argue with him. I would talk to him later, and I would try to make him understand why I took this decision. I hope he understands.

I began to search for Carlos, he was nowhere to be found.

There was a nurse passing by. I approached her, "have you seen a man holding a 1 month old baby".

"Yes sir, he is standing outside. I just saw him, just turned right. He is standing there", she said pointing out towards the direction.

I went towards the direction where Carlos was. He was standing with my baby, rocking her in his arms.

"Hey Carlos", I headed towards him.

He looked behind and he took a few steps towards me.

"What are you doing here?", I asked him.

"Sir I was feeling suffocated inside that is why I am standing here, along with your baby. She will feel better here, after getting her here she stopped crying and she is sleeping peacefully", he said while looking at my baby.

"Can I hold her Carlos", I tried to take the baby from him.

"A..ahhh!!, Please wait sir. I will tell you how to hold her baby. By the way sir, do you know how to hold a baby?", He asked me.

"No I don't know how to hold a baby", I began to scratch my hair with embarrassment.

"I know that everyone knows how to hold a baby, but I don't know how to hold a little one, because I was not there during my sister's adolescence. So that is why you don't know how to hold a baby".

"It's okay sir, even though I didn't know how to carry a baby, the tribal old women taught me the right way to hold a baby. I can teach you sir".

"That's great, I want to learn how to hold my baby", I looked at my baby.

He placed the baby in my arms.

"Yes sir, first you have to support the head and neck".

"To pick up the baby, slide one hand under the baby's head and neck and the other hand under their bottom. Bend your knees to protect your back. Once you've got a good hold, scoop up your baby and bring the baby close to your chest as you straighten your legs again", he said.

"It's really confusing. Can you demonstrate once, while explaining?" I began to scratch my hair with confusion.

I want to learn how to hold my baby properly, so that I can take care of her by myself. I don't know when Addison would gain consciousness, till then I would not like my baby to suffer. I didn't want to bother Carlos, he had already helped me a lot. I didn't want to keep my baby with a caretaker, because Addis would never do that.

Carlos helped me to hold my baby. She was peacefully sleeping, and suddenly she caught my T- shirts collar tight.

"She doesn't want you to leave sir, that is why she caught your T-shirt tightly", he was looking at the baby's hand which was holding the T-shirt tightly.

"Yeah I know, she looks beautiful, she is my angel. My darling, I am never going to leave her alone Carlos", i was looking at her hand which was holding my T-shirt tightly.

"It's okay darling, I am gonna leave you, don't worry. I know you are scared that I will leave you, but that's never going to happen", I said to my baby while rocking her.

I kissed her on her cheeks. "Her cheeks are so soft and sensitive Carlos".

"Yes sir I know, all babies' cheeks are soft and sensitive", he replied while looking at my baby.

"She is the second beautiful thing that happened in my life, I am so lucky to have her in my life". I was rocking her in my arms while talking to Carlos.

"Yes sir I know", he replied.

"I was a bit hard before regarding my baby, I know what I said was wrong and I remember my mistake", I thought about the words that I told Carlos about the baby.

I felt so bad, "why did I say such words for my own baby. She is blood and my everything, I shouldn't have said those words", I said to myself.

"It's okay sir, but the main important thing is that you realised your mistake. And you are repenting, so it's fine sir. Don't ever leave your baby, she will bring a lot of happiness in your life sir", he placed his hand on my shoulders.

I looked at his hand which was placed on my shoulders, and I smiled, "Yes you your right Carlos. I Have hurted many people in my life, I have said some harshful words to Jared, and I am sorry for that. As soon as things get settled i am going to apologise to him".

"Yes sir, he is your best friend. He takes you as his brother more than a friend or master", he replied.

"Yes you are right".

"Thank you so much Carlos fir helping me out here, without your help I would not be able to find Addison and my baby. This has all happened just because of you, thank you so much".

"Please don't thank me sir, I am just like your brother. It's a brother's duty to help their siblings when they are in need, so I had to help you out sir. You have also helped me with the money, that was the thing that I Needed the most. It was for my mom's operation, youm ne outh with that", he stared at the floor.

"Look at me Carlos, I helped you because you were in need. You had to help your mother, you wanted to treat her. That is why I helped you out okay".

Suddenly a nurse headed towards us.

"Sir the DNA test reports have arrived. You can have a look at it", the nurse handed the reports to me.

"Carloa can you please take the reports, I am holding the baby. I won't be able to check them".

"Yes sir", Carlos took the reports from the nurses hand.
