After I pulled out of the apartment complex, I headed straight for my parents house that was about thirty minutes away. I listened to my playlist the entire drive, but nothing seemed to help ease my mind over what just happened. The fact that this admirer is still sending me flowers and now I have Lieutenant Williams living in the same apartment complex as me is just a bit weird. I sigh as I shake my head and try to focus on the road in front of me. It isn’t a horribly long drive, but it is enough to make me limit how often I come out here.
