The pack healer and Daniella come out of the medical wing where Juniper is. I wait for them to speak.
“Alpha, she will live and make a full physical recovery.” The doctor says shakily.
“But, there is an issue. I don’t know how to explain it to a person without magic, but I’ll try my best.”
“SPIT IT OUT!” I command.
“Essentially, she was truly okay with dying. Her soul started to slip out of her body. So when we revived her and the soul was sucked back in… It didn’t exactly wake up.
