I hug Juniper tightly, Josh waiting impatiently so we can already leave.
“Are you sure you don’t need me here?” I question. She smiles.
“I’ll be fine, babygirl. Go have some fun. Are you taking the birth control I offered you a few weeks ago?”
I nod. I have been, in anticipation that I can’t hold out on Josh forever. I’m simply too attracted to him.
She smiles. “Just in case, here’s a few morning after pills. Don’t worry, they haven’t ever hurt or given me pain or bleeding, so they likely wont for you.”
I raise my eyebrows. “You’ve taken these with Knox? When?”
