Dinner was great. Ralph, Vivian and Sly’s fiancé Eileen and their little guy, Dylan came over to Jace and Ashlynn’s place, and she fed us the most delicious lasagna and pull-apart garlic cheesy bread I’ve ever had.
The woman was a genius in the kitchen, especially when she brought out a tiramisu cake, and I swear I wanted to marry her myself. I moaned softly with each bite and told Jace how lucky he was to have a wife that could cook like she does.
“I feel sorry for Joel, I really do. I couldn't boil water when I had my sight permanently. I always forgot and would get distracted and the next thing I knew, the water was gone by the time I did remember,” I said and everyone laughed, they think I’m joking, I’m not.
