  Kyle's POV   I settled into the chair in my office, letting out a deep sigh as I gazed up at the ceiling, my eyes tracing the familiar patterns of the tiles. My mind was a jumble of thoughts, all centered around one person: Eileen. The memories of our past, of our bond, of our rejection, swirled in my head like a vortex, pulling me down into a whirlpool of emotions.
