This morning, waking up in Calum’s arms was something I thought would never happen. We had never slept in the same bed before. Sure we had s*x a handful of times our senior year of high school, but never got to sleep next to one another. I had imagined years ago what it would be like to wake up in the same bed as him, what it would have been like to live with him even.
I enjoyed the feeling of being in his arms, but I didn’t need to show that to him. I needed to keep my emotions controlled at all times around him.
