Alora’s POV
After crumbling to the ground from exhaustion, the guys were all in a frenzy. Quinton came up and helped me sit up properly, supporting my back with his hand while he was squatting next to me. Roman took my sword from me. I had such a tight grip on it, he almost had to pry it out of my hand. He was going to clean it and put it with my pack. I heard Calum ordering everyone around right away.
“Reid, check Alora and get her some water. We need to get out of here as soon as we can so grab your things,” Calum ordered.
Reid made sure I wasn’t hurt and gave me water to drink. I was so thirsty I was afraid I would drink everything in the canteen and leave him with nothing. I gave the canteen back to him when I felt like I shouldn’t drink any more.
