Their Fight and An Unsettling Presence

Beast later found Terra by a pond skipping rocks with her power. Sitting beside her, Beast smiled a little when she handed him one, skipping the rock Beast chuckled as it skipped several times. Terra looked at him, "It's weird it feels as if no time has passed. But I know a lot has."  Beast nodded in understanding, "I know you're of two minds, the life you had made for yourself and the life you had before, you don't have to choose right this second. But you do have to decide, the perk of you being a meta is that you have the option." Terra looked at him carefully, "But if I choose my other life, you won't be in my life at all. And even in this life, we can't be how we were before."  Facing his old friend Beast whispered, "Terra..." Terra shook her head, her jaw wobbling, "You said you were going to try to get over her. But here you are now, sleeping with her." Beast shook his head, "It's not that simple Terra." Terra scoffed and angrily asked, "Oh really? I thought you were here alone which is why I came. I knew...I know you've forgiven me. But they never will, I wouldn't have come if I had known they were here too."  Beast sighed before admitting, "I left the team two years ago. They came here a little while ago. It's...new." Terra c****d an eyebrow, "Them being here or you and her?" Beast shrugged, "Both." Terra looked at the water, her eyes misting over as she whispered, "I thought we could-."  Beast nodded, "I know, but we can't. I love Raven and I'm sorry if it hurts to know. But I can't...I won't leave her. She's everything to me. Everything I wanted. The first girl I loved, the only one I did...in that way." Terra faced him angry, "And what was I? A fling?" Beast shook his head feeling the conversation going south, "No...a friend, a good friend."  Terra stood pissed now, "You told me she constantly broke your heart with how mean and cruel she was to you. Did it all just get better because she's f*****g you now!" Beast growled standing to, "Watch your mouth." Terra's tears began to flow then, "She's not right for you!" Beast shook his head, "You've been out of my life for a while now, how the f**k do you know what's best for me?" Terra sniffled, "Slade told me once when I was telling him about me and you that Raven, can never have what...what we could have. She's a demon Garfield! And yeah she's part human but come on!" Standing toe to toe Terra told Beast the hard truth she thought he needed to know, "Her demon side will always be more dominant than her human. Which is why she was so cruel and harsh to you, her way of showing her love is giving you pain. That won't change just because she's no longer frigid." Beast's knuckles cracked as he hissed, "Look...you should find someone else to help you. Because I want you out of my house and back out of my life." Turning he ignored Terra running behind him crying for him to understand, "I know the truth sucks to hear-." Beast suddenly turned and yelled, "SHUT UP!" Terra stumbled back in fear as Beast growled, "She's been through a lot Terra, you don't know s**t about her or me because you were too busy playing into Slade's hands remember?" Terra gasped as Beast hissed, "I'm not the boy you knew before, she's not the Raven you knew before, people change Terra. But you? You'll always be a manipulative liar who will say anything to make someone see them as the victim. The rose-colored glasses are off, and I'm done. So pack your things, and get the f**k out of my house."  Terra watched him go with tears running down her cheeks.  It was later as Beast laid next to Raven he could relax, his green skin slickened in sweat his mind and bodied sated. Raven panted staring at the roof flushed and a little dazed, but so thoroughly loved and pleased she couldn't move. The bone-deep satisfaction and pleasure Beast had unleashed on her with this primal and rough touch that had her exploding in a c****x that had them both shook.   Looking at her as she basked in the remaining delicious ache he had given her, Beast whispered, "Did I hurt you?" Raven giggled blushing, "Yes you did. But I liked it." Beast grinned widely before sobering up, "I'm being serious baby..."  Raven looked at Beast and grinned reassuringly, "Gar, you don't have to worry about hurting me. Terra's right, I'm a demon." Beast sat up seriously stating, "My demon," Raven grinned nipping his chin, "Yeah I am, so you don't have to worry about me hurting me."  Raven's eyes turned violet suddenly and she pushed Beast down with a seductive smile, "You should worry about if you can keep up. Because I want more of this....lots more," Grabbing his c**k in her soft hand, Raven purred, "of this." Beast groaned throwing his head back in pleasure. It was much later that they found out that Terra had left in the night.  She didn't say goodbye, she didn't need to. She knew it wouldn't be a civil or decent goodbye. Her fault as always, but she was hurting. Getting on a plane from Japan hadn't been an option but she wishes it was. She had to wait until her foster father stopped being pissed at her long enough to see the bigger picture and get her home. Until then she was stuck. Luckily he paid for her to stay in a nice hotel, for now.  Sitting in the bed, Terra's mind immediately went to Beast Boy...or Beast.  He had changed.  He wasn't the cute green boy who had come to her school, the green superhero who had made her laugh. He was a man, and he was a man in love.  But not with her. She had always hated she wasn't enough to make Beast love her like he did Raven. She had been the ideal girlfriend, nice, supportive, but she made a mistake. ONE colossal mistake she tried to fix, but in the end she still lost him and herself for awhile. Sighing she laid back in near tears thinking of the life she had been so close to having if she hadn't been so weak. Sighing when her phone rang, Terra answered without looking at the caller I.D, "Yeah?" Hearing the deep rumble she knew was from a ghost two lives ago, she quickly hung up feeling a cold sweat break out on her neck. She didn't know why HE was calling. But she wished he'd stop. He followed her to U.S, and when she ran to Paris he was there too. HE could be here in Japan already. Terra instantly wanted to change hotels, find somewhere else to sleep. But she knew her faster father would have a fit if she tried. So she curled up on her side and went to sleep.
