"First we should cook the rice cause we need to fry it later, till then I gather the ingredients for marinating the chicken "

She took the rice wash it clean with water. Emptied the rice in pressure cooker, pour water, squeeze some lemon drops and add salt on it, and put it in gas fire to cook.

"We have leg and thigh pieces of chicken I have cleaned it well , first I will put slashes in it so all the spices reach inside, and then I will add garlic and ginger paste and rub it"

Sona rub the paste on it evenly.
"Then we will add curd,after that salt,chilli powder,cumin powder, garam masala,thymol powder and tandoori colour now you mix it well"Raghav told her.
