Chapter 38 - The Reveal
I notice a whole in the wall of the old building and walk through it with purpose. I can hear Alec following me but I don't look back. Once inside, I look around the creepy building. Honestly this place looks like I only have to think about sneezing and the whole thing will collapse like a house of cards, so I try to position myself under a large beam that seems to be supporting the weight of the roof. It's either a move that could save our lives or would kill us instantly if the colossal beam collapses.
