Chapter 37 - The Awkward Meeting
I'm freaking out. Why am I freaking out?
Pacing around and threatening to wear a hole in the floor, I stop and take a deep breath. It's not working, I'm still a ball of stress. I'm about to see Alec Vaughan again, and officially meet him as myself, as Ruby Sanders.
As a peace offering and to show Alec that we are interested in the collaboration for the most genuine reasons, Sean decided that I should be one of the people to go with him to the meeting. Honestly, I didn't argue with that, but in fact I was jumping around inside, like my dad just told me I'm allowed to go to prom.
