It wasn’t easy sneaking out of the house with Mikhail guarding the place. I wondered how he’d react once he’d go upstairs and find the entire house empty. Just thinking about his reaction sent a shiver down my spine. I had to be extra careful while I was sneaking out of the house. I had to sneak out through the backyard and since I was wearing men’s clothes, no one noticed me.
I stayed low and followed them in the darkness using my werewolf sight. I made sure to put some distance between them and me to make sure that they don’t notice me all of a sudden. I always made sure to be out of their sight whilst following them covertly.
