In reality, Pyrrah has been ready to shift for a while. It is me that has held us up. It has taken a lot out of me to be going out as often as I have been, and I didn’t want to hold her back any longer. She was also desperate to meet Craven properly, that’s why I asked him along.
It gave me a warmth inside me when he said his family would want me to be there. They had treated me like family since I arrived, but I guess with how easily my dad stopped caring about me after mum died, I was subconsciously waiting on them to get bored of me and my issues.
