I took a rest in my home that day as my sister insisted. I was feeling kind of bored as I haven't stayed home without doing anything. My sister's dress was a bit messy so I thought of going shopping with her. But she rejected saying that I need to save money for the future.

I tried to convince her that I had enough money but still she didn't believe me. I couldn't blame her as for the past 5 years, I have been a useless brother. Since she didn't agree I thought I would just buy her some accessories and dresses the next time I go to hunt.

The day passed by with me doing nothing. In the evening I helped my sister with household chores. I also taught her to cook other dishes. I also helped her with her college homework. She was quite happy to receive my help. She was already 19 years old and now it was the last year of her college.

I wanted her to enter the university but she kept on telling me she wouldn't. Maybe she was afraid that the expenses would be too much to cover. There was at least 6 more months before her college ends and 2 more months after that to prepare for university.

It meant that I had 8 months to get stronger. For some reason I kept having troubling thoughts. There were still some enemies left to be dealt with but I wasn't strong enough to deal with them. It was already night and my sister called me out to have dinner.

I went to the kitchen and washed-up before sitting on the dining table. There were a few extra dishes but from the looks alone I could tell that they weren't so good. In order to not worry her I filled my stomach without any complaint.

After dinner I went back to my room and called my acquaintance. The call soon connected through " Hmm, why are you calling me so late at night? Is everything all right?"

I was a little surprised that she was concerned about me as it hasn't been so long since we got to know each other. But I could tell that she wasn't up to anything bad. So I replied" Nothing much, I just wanted to tell you that tomorrow I would be raiding the 2nd floor. So I… "

Before I could finish my words she interrupted" Well, I understand. If you don't feel like you can succeed then I would surely help. So tell me when we should meet? "

'Did she misunderstand me? I wanted to say that she doesn't need to worry and I would meet her in the evening but.' Sigh 'Alas it can't be helped ' I wanted to clear up the confusion but I didn't.

I thought it would be better. Since I don't want to grab attention, it would be best if I don't clear tower floors all by myself until I become invincible. " Let's meet at 9 in the morning." She immediately agreed. We didn't talk much more than this and hung up the call.

I stared at the lonely night sky as I reminisced about my past. It was really hard during that time. I couldn't help but tears flowed down without my notice.

After pondering in thoughts for a while I went back to my bed and slept. The next day my sister went to college early in the morning and I cooked the dishes. I cooked her favorite pork rib soup. Then I finally left for the tower.

At the entrance of the tower, she was waiting for me. After meeting with each other both of us didn't dawdle much and headed for the second floor. The monsters on the second floor were twice as strong as those on the first floor.

The monsters here were mostly snake giants or goblin riders. Their strength was on par with me so it was quite difficult to finish them off easily. After about 3 hours we finally managed to clear the 2nd floor. The benefits I gained were amazing. My dragon awakening went by one whole percent and all my stats were on the limit of F rank hunters.

She was amazed. I clearly told her that I was still a F rank hunter but it became hard for her to believe after seeing my abilities. Indeed the Strongest F rank were able to clear 1st floor but the struggled a lot in the 2nd floor.

It may be because of the dragon awakening Stat. " Are you really a F rank hunter?" I was caught off guard by her question. I didn't know what to say.

I wanted to lie but I felt that it wouldn't be sincere enough. But I can't divulge all of the secrets, can I? So I just told her that I was really lucky. I knew that she wouldn't believe me but who cares as long as she doesn't find out by herself.

After that we took a rest for a while. I was already breaking through the barrier of F rank. While resting I took a chance to break through. But I couldn't simply break through in front of her so I decided to go a little far away. But to do so I needed to make an excuse.

" Well we should separate for now. I think this is as far as I can go. I would go back to the first floor to hunt the monsters."

" Huh, you want to separate? What are you worried about? I guess I can protect you if you are afraid."

I hastily replied " No.. No.. No it's not like what you think. You have recently awakened for the second time. I would only hinder your growth so I don't want to be a burden. Also I can't earn much if you are with me. "

I shook my head as I said" Money is another reason but more than that I don't want to go and die because of greed. I think that we would be able to grow faster if we were separated here. "

She really was stubborn but after persuading for a while. I finally managed to convince her. Finally we separated. She went to the third floor. As for me I pretended to be heading for the first floor. Instead of going to the first floor I entered the 2nd floor again.

This time I fought properly without hiding any of my abilities as there was no one around. I felt at ease. It didn't take much time for me to clear the floor. I was soaked in the monster's blood. After clearing the 2nd floor for the second time. I didn't stop and went back again.

This time I didn't fight, rather I took precautions. My stats were already over 150 in each except my mana Stat which was still in 35. But it was also great as my mana had increased at least by alitle.

From this I learned that to increase my mana I need to be soaked by the blood of monsters with mana proficiency. It was quite hard as the monsters proficient in mana were found on the 3rd floor or above. But I couldn't go to the 3rd floor. It wasn't because I was weak or not able enough. But because my acquaintance was still there.

Also the top guilds were also on the 3rd floor or above. So if I go now then I would grab attention. I pondered for a while and decided to come back at night. Since there would be less hunters present. Also it would be a great test as the monsters become twice stronger than on day time.

It meant that even on the first and second floor I could grow exponentially. I cleared the second floor for the third time and the monster spawn became too slow. So I went back to the entrance of the tower and waited for her to arrive.

After about an hour of waiting she finally arrived. Her body was covered with wounds. But unlike last time she wasn't depressed. It may be because her loot wasn't stolen. I waved at her and she was surprised when she saw my haul.

The amount of monster cores were twice that of her. Despite being low rank monsters they weren't easy to be haunted. She glared at me as if trying to see through me. I immediately turned my face around as I whistled. She asked, " You are not doing anything illegal, are you?"

Being flustered I immediately replied " What illegal work? I have been hunting on the 1st floor for all this time. Don't you trust me? Or do you think that I can't do it?" Feeling troubled she shook her head.

Then we went to a nearby cafeteria and had our lunch. As agreed previously I handed over my loot to her and finally returned back to my home. Finally after a whole day of struggle my mana stats reached 50 and all other stats reached 200 while the awakening Stat reached 3%.

It was a huge success
