"Can I have your phone?" Trying not to dwell on whether he meant his earlier words or not l, I asked for his phone and he didn't hesitate before handing it over to me.
I typed in a number I had memorized by heart and it was picked up in seconds.
"Hazel?" Amelia was quickly able to know it was me. Apart from me and Logan, no one else called with the number.
"It's me" I told her and we talked for a while. I explained the situation to her and also told her what to do.
